I really love your idea, and I always dream about a more 'tacticool' uniform for Vietnamese army, but in fact we just got something like in Vietnam war (upgraded a bit) hehe. Nevermind.

I had been born in Saigon, then my Grandparents (who spent their entire lives in Hanoi) took me to Hanoi when I was 5 to learn Hanoi ascent in one year, then sent me back.
